The Gwinnett Choral Guild, founded in 1983, is made up of volunteers brought together from a variety of experiences and cultures in the common bond of the love of choral music. Membership is open to all singers age sixteen and over. The Guild is dedicated to the highest standards of artistic expression. The Guild regularly performs at local community festivals and patriotic, civic and charitable events and considers this an important way of serving the community. The Guild's repertoire includes spirituals, classical, folk, Broadway and patriotic works, as well as masterworks of the world's great composers.

For over 20 years, the GCG has performed throughout the Atlanta area and Georgia, as well
as at the Biltmore House in Asheville, NC; the Piccolo Spoleto Festival in Charleston, SC; Carnegie
Hall in New York City; and the Vermont International Choral Festival in Stowe, VT. We have also
had the privilege of performing in St. Petersburg, Russia, in addition to hosting a Russian
choral group in our own Gwinnett County.

Members of the Gwinnett Choral Guild not only sing together, but also work and play together.
The Guild's volunteers serve in leadership positions or on administrative committees. We are
proud of our members' dedication and willingness to contribute service hours to maintain our
successful organization. In addition, there are on-going opportunities to celebrate and socialize
through activities following rehearsals and performances, parties, outings and trips. We support
one another through challenging times. We savor our sense of family. We invite you to join the
Guild and discover how your musical involvement will enrich your life.
